Branch No. 11 is a library for children, teenagers and adults
- The library gathers collections of literature and popular science literature for adults, children and teenagers.
- Branch No. 11 is equipped with computer stations providing free Internet access for its users.

How to join the library?:
When joining the library you must :
- Show your identity card or valid school ID in case of children and under age youth. Foreigners show passport, and permanent or temporary stay card.
- Read the library regulations.
- Fill out the sign up form and pledge with signature to follow the Regulations.
- Pledges of under age youth are to be signed by parents or legal guardians after an identity check.
Fulfilment of the above conditions is necessary to be able to use the library.

- polish and foreign literature for children, teenagers and adults,
- popular science literature,
- periodicals.
Services:
- offering collections on-site and collections lending,
- providing information,
- providing access to the Internet and MS Office package.
