• Library offers extensive literature and popular science collections for children, teenagers and adults.   
• Branch No. 17 is equipped with computer stations providing free Internet access for its users.
• The library cooperates with  schools, organizing activities for children.
• Branch No. 17 automates library processes creating electronic catalogues of its own collections.

How to join the library?:

When joining the library you must :

1. Show your identity card or valid school ID in case of children and under age youth. Foreigners show passport, and permanent or temporary stay card.
2. Read the library regulations.
3. Fill out the sign up form and pledge with signature to follow the  Regulations.
4. Pledges of under age youth are to be signed by parents or legal guardians after an identity check.  

Fulfilment of the above conditions is necessary to be able to use the library.

•   popular science literature,
•   periodicals.

Services:

• offering collections on-site and collections lending,
• providing information,
• providing access to the Internet and MS Office package.
  
   

Cultural and educational activities of the library:

• organizing of book activities for the youngest children,
• activities for children during winter breaks and summer vacations,
• lessons at the library,
• reading aloud of children's books.
