PROVIDING INFORMATION
Librarians of all branches of WiMBP in Rzeszow provide information about collections, services, and use of library computer system. Per user's request they search for factual, library and bibliographic information. Information is provided on site at libraries, by phone and e-mail.
Provided information is based on libraries' collections, files, catalogues, databases, and the Internet.
The following library branches specialize in providing of information: Reference Desk and Computer Information Section, both located at Sokoła 13 street. Reference Desk staff provides bibliographic and factual information on requested by readers topics, they help in reaching sources of information, with particular emphasis on regional material concerning Podkarpackie Province.
Computer Information Section staff provides information based on electronic sources: databases, software on CDs, legal information system Lex, the Internet resources, and digital library.
